Back to Life, Back to Reality…
Hii loves, I hope everyone had a great 4th of July holiday weekend!! Mine was spent up in the mountains of NC. It was peaceful and great! I even took an attempt to play some golf. I did actually get the ball off of the ground and only took a few chunks of grass out of the course. We also took a nice long hike and were able to see an amazing view!
Now, how do you recover/get back to real life after a long Holiday weekend?? Here’s how I plan to do it today:
1 – Have a good breakfast & a great cup of coffee.
2 – Break that planner back out & prioritize your day. Pick your top 3-5 main things that are a must to get done today and go from there.
3 – Drink lots of water.
4 – Hop back on your exercise routine.
5 – Get a good nights rest.
